The diet for “People-With-No-Will-Power” should be the title of this book. Mosley gives a diet plan with no “system” or “supplements”. The essence of this diet: 2 days every week, eat two meals for a total of 500 calories (women) or 600 calories (men). The other 5 days, eat anything. Over time appetite will decrease. A ten day meal plan is given with ordinary ingredients and no elaborate recipes. Finally, a diet for those of us who begin a diet again every morning. This diet works.
