Spark a Reaction Cooking Lesson With Chef Angela

While the method for making popping candy just like Pop Rocks is difficult to reproduce exactly at home without industrial strength equipment and special knowledge of the procedure, understanding the process is a look into how chemistry and candy come together to make something very fun. Join Chef Angela as we “spark” some cooking reactions while we create our own version of Lighting Candy and Pop Rocks. This program will be in the Large Auditorium.
