What do I need to get a card?
Adults must present up to two current forms of identification, one to prove identity and one to prove place of residency. You must be at least 18 years old to use this online application.
Examples include:
driver's license or Government-issued ID
utility bill
bank book
apartment lease
current postmarked letter with your name and address
You must have a valid email address to use this online application. We will email you your new card number once your application has been confirmed, and we will mail your new card to the address included in your application.
Library Cards for Minors
At this time, we cannot issue new cards to anyone under the age of 18 using the online application process. If you have an existing card issued to a minor that needs to be renewed please come to the circulation desk for assistance.
